At RotVault™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hour of being placed. After this period, the order has already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
Skip-the-Line Processing
Skip-the-Line Processing is an optional service that moves your order to the front of our processing queue.
This service speeds up processing only, not delivery time, and is non-refundable once purchased.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong item was received
• A carrier investigation confirms that the package was lost in transit or misdelivered
Packages marked Delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund unless the carrier verifies mis delivery.
Returns
We do not accept returns. If approved for a refund you can keep the product, a return is not necessary.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
RotVault™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to reach out to us directly for any delivery or product concerns. Most issues can be resolved faster without needing a dispute or chargeback.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. If your item has an issue within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or issue a refund.
Not Covered Under Guarantee
• Change-of-mind returns
• Orders delivered to the correct address but claimed as “not received”
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather
• Skip-the-Line Processing add-on
• Items without proof of issue (photo/video required)
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers issues caused by the carrier, not RotVault™.
If a package is lost in transit, damaged during delivery, or confirmed misdelivered by the carrier, Shipping Protection allows us to reship the order or issue a refund at no cost to the customer.
Shipping Protection does not cover:
• Packages marked “Delivered” when the carrier confirms correct delivery
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Change-of-mind returns
• Holiday arrival expectations or date-specific delivery
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the carrier’s final tracking update.
