At RotVault™, we want every customer to feel confident and excited about their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your item is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must include all original contents.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.

For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used advent calendars cannot be returned.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will immediately assist with:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (your choice)


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact us so we can review the tracking information with the carrier.

  • Orders protected with Shipping Protection qualify for fast replacements.
  • Unprotected orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure after it arrives.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees (including Express Processing or Shipping Protection) are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Banks may take 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)
