Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless a customer selects Skip-the-Line Processing at checkout.
Skip-the-Line Processing (previously called “Express Shipping”)
If purchased, Skip-the-Line Processing moves your order to the front of our processing queue, so it is prepared and handed off to the carrier faster than standard orders.
It does not speed up the carrier’s delivery time once the package has shipped.
Shipping Protection Coverage
Customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout to receive coverage for carrier-related issues such as damage, loss, or confirmed misdelivery.
If a protected package encounters an issue, we will assist with the carrier investigation and provide a replacement or refund once the carrier verifies the outcome.
Shipping Protection does not speed up delivery times, guarantee arrival by a specific date, or cover delays outside the carrier’s control.
Customers who purchase this option receive:
• Priority order handling
• Faster warehouse processing
• Earlier handoff to the shipping carrier
Carrier transit times still apply (usually 6–14 business days after processing).
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery typically takes 6–14 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier volume.
Order Tracking
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment fees may apply.
Lost / Missing Packages
If tracking shows Delivered, please check:
• Mailbox & parcel lockers
• Front door / porch area
• Behind outdoor items
• With neighbors or household members
If still not found, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or once a shipping label has been created.
