RotVault™ Shipping Policy
At RotVault™, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Below is our full shipping and delivery policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons (November–December), processing may require the full 3 business days due to higher order volume.
If you selected Skip-the-Line Holiday Processing, your order is prioritized and processed sooner than standard orders.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.
Skip the Line Holiday Processing (formerly labeled “Express Shipping” or “Express Processing”)
Some customers may have purchased an express-style option that is now labeled “Skip the Line Holiday Processing.”
This upgrade does not change carrier delivery speed. Instead, it provides:
- Priority placement in our processing queue
- Faster preparation and hand-off to the carrier
- Earlier entry into the shipping network compared to standard orders
All customers receive the same standard delivery timeframe once the package is handed to the carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within:

This timeframe applies to U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and most international regions we ship to.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume, customs clearance, holiday season demand, or your local postal service.
Most customers receive their packages on the earlier side of the window.
Tracking Updates
Every order includes full tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 1–4 business days to appear as the carrier registers the package in their system.
Unexpected Delays
While rare, carrier delays may occur during holiday peak periods, severe weather, customs inspections, or high-volume weeks.
Your package is still on the way, and tracking will update once it reaches the next facility.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at store@rotvault.com.
We can only update addresses before the order is shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look for a delivery notice or safe-drop area

Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
If it still cannot be located, contact us.
Orders with Shipping Protection qualify for fast replacements.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, you are fully covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
This allows us to replace your order quickly with no additional cost.
Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and select additional regions.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Holiday Advisory (November–December)
Due to seasonal demand, shipping carriers may experience minor delays. Starting a few days late with the Advent Calendar is completely fine—many families enjoy opening multiple doors at once.
